What does the award mean?<\/h3>

The Czechia Best Managed Companies<\/strong> program evaluates companies according to Deloitte\u2019s global methodology, which is based on four key pillars:<\/p>

  • Innovation and Productivity<\/strong><\/li>
  • Corporate Culture<\/strong><\/li>
  • Financial Stability<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    So it’s not just about financial results. The quality of leadership, the ability to adapt to change, teamwork, a responsible approach to business, and long-term sustainability also play an important role. <\/p>

    A Record-Breaking Year in 2026<\/h3>

    This year’s edition of the program took place in the Czech Republic for the seventh time, and a record 41 companies<\/strong> received awards. We are proud that Aerosol-service a.s.<\/strong> is once again among them .<\/strong><\/p>

    This success is all the more valuable to us because we are becoming part of a community of companies that have consistently demonstrated a high standard of management, resilience, an innovative approach, and the ability to grow even in a volatile economic environment.<\/p>

    The Czechia Best Managed Companies program is also part of a global Deloitte initiative that was launched in Canada in 1993 and today brings together more than 1,700 top-performing companies<\/strong> in 45 countries around the world<\/strong>.<\/p>
